I recently took my car into Lou’s Edison Motors and was very pleased with the service I got. Lou and his service writer Sean were very nice and upfront with what they were going to be checking out and how much it was going to cost. Normally when I go into a shop, I feel like I’m being taken advantage of. I don’t know much about cars and usually the service writer can sense that and therefore I get the feeling that they are going to charge me for a bunch of repairs I don’t need. This was not the case the at Lou’s shop....
